Who can shoot?

Just about anyone!

IPSC as a sport is very inclusive, as it allow men and women of all ages to compete together. Drummoyne RSL Pistol Club is no different, and we encourage members of all ages and genders to train and compete together. As we like to encourage the junior and female shooters, you will find that we will often specialise or extend our training for these groups where required, but rest assured that when it comes to competition time, all members are on equal ground.

Drummoyne RSL Pistol Club accepts new members on a case by case basis depending on our current waiting list for training. In accordance with New South Wales law, children from the age of 12 and up are able to take up shooting under supervision. All prospective members also undergo a standard police background check. Other than that, male or female, young or old, shooting is a great sport.
